He created a score which we call PageRank score.It means that the more external resources a website has,the more authority it has on a website.The more powerful the website is, the better the ranking.

People created websites with high authority by creating backlinks.

Then, they started posting links on their website and charging

money.

In order to end this, Google used trial and error.It was their first algorithm.But the outcome was not good.Google declared that they don't follow PageRank algorithm.

Now, the question is, does PageRank really exist?
